Product Description
Waste motor oil, refers to the oil mixed with moisture, dust, other type oils and metal powders and
other impurities generated by the wear of parts during use;it also refers to the oil goes bad, resulting
in organic acids, colloid and and asphaltenes.
Group I&II base oil can be obtained by the following technology:
(1)Pretreatment to remove particle and impurities from oil,
Filter/Flocculant Precipitation/Centrifuge are optional.
(2)Adopts independent operating system of flash distillation technology to separate water first.
(3)Oil gas will evaporate at different boiling points to produce base oil in the fractionating distilation column.
Then combined with large area condensers to improve oil gasification efficiency.
(4)Refining process: can choose clay, silica gel, solvent extraction according to the market demand.
The whole process is environmental- friendly ,the colloid and asphaltene in the waste engine oil are
all into sludge, can be used as asphalt.

products such as bitumen/bitumen modifiers.

Prevent the waste lubricating oil from being heated at high temperature for a long time, resulting in
