1.Design Objectives

Realize visual monitoring and human-computer interaction of the whole production process of waste oil regeneration. Establish a production database, collect process parameters, equipment status, material consumption and quality data in real time, and transmit them to relevant departments to realize dynamic adjustment and optimization of production operation and quality control.

4.Intelligent Production Scheduling

Formulate production plans according to waste oil supply, equipment capacity and market orders, decompose scheduling instructions intelligently. Realize real-time metering of water, electricity, gas and other energy media, count energy consumption by process and equipment, generate energy reports and conduct comparative analysis. Identify high energy consumption links, issue early warnings for abnormal consumption, and reduce unit product energy consumption.

7.Integrated Equipment & Quality Management

Realize the whole life cycle management of production equipment, including daily maintenance, intelligent inspection and fault early warning, to improve equipment utilization rate. Conduct full-link quality control from raw material inspection, intermediate process testing to finished product detection, and realize traceability of quality problems.
