1.Working Principle & Technology
Our base oil refining machine and waste oil distillation machine are specially designed for the recycling of various waste industrial lubricating oils. By adopting advanced VBOLT patent distillation and refining technology, these machines can effectively convert used industrial lube oil into high-quality virgin-like base oil with a wide viscosity range from SN75 to SN500, so as to realize high-value resource reuse of waste oil.
2.Process Advantages
Under low-pressure operating conditions, these machines complete the separation and purification of base oil from waste oil through vacuum distillation. The reduced-pressure environment enables distillation at relatively low temperatures, which greatly reduces thermal decomposition and deterioration of oil products, ensures the stability and performance of the regenerated base oil, and improves the quality and yield of final products.
